Responsibilities
- Design and implement communication strategies that enhance DXN's brand reputation, engage key stakeholders, and support overall business goals.
-Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, investors, and industry partners.
- Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all communication channels and platforms
- Direct the creation and distribution of compelling content, including press releases, corporate communications, speeches, and social media updates, to effectively convey our brand's message and values.
- Develop and manage crisis communication strategies to safeguard DXN's reputation during challenging situations.
- Plan and execute communication campaigns that drive engagement and visibility for DXN's products, services, and initiatives.
- Manage and enhance the Company's relationship with its investors, includes communicating financial performance, strategic plans and business developments through various channels such as press releases and investor meetings.
- Handle inquiries from investors and analysts, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide insights and feedback from the investment community to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field is required.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, crisis communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Working experience in listed entities is preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, written and verbal communication skills and proven leadership abilities.
- Experience in brand management and media relations is essential.
- Mobility to travel overseas depending on requirements.
