Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBIITIES

Meeting sales conversion / upsell targets and any other targets set in the KPI.
Assist and guide customer through the use of the digital platform and follow through until application successfully submitted or account opened.
Close followup and ensure sufficient contacts made to the customers for all sales leads.
Responsible for sales referral of more complex products.
Respond to customers enquiries promptly and follow through till resolution.
Escalates complaints and unresolved issues to the Investigation team for further action and follow up
To participate in any adhoc initiatives.
Responsible for accurate reporting on sales performance.
Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely
Observe and apply the call quality guidelines in delivering consistent customer experience.
Gather and share customer's feedback with the Team Manager to continuously improve customer experience and sales conversion rate.

Job Responsibilities

Fresh graduate from any discipline or diploma holders with related experience
Good time management to be able to complete all tasks within the turnaround time
Able to make sound decision escalate when required in problem solving
Ability to communicate solutions to customer in a clear manner that is easily understood
Good interpersonal skills in working with other departments
