JOB PURPOSE:
Drive and embed a positive organisational culture and transformational change that aligns with the overall mission and values of the organisation, fostering a workplace environment that enhances employee morale and contributes to the achievement of common goals.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) Cultural Champion & Wellbeing Advocate
- Lead and manage initiatives to champion and promote the organisation's culture, ensuring employees within the organisation understand and embody core values through effective programs that boost morale and contribute to the accomplishment of the organisational mission and shared objectives.
- Advocate for workplace well-being by implementing evidence-based interventions and promoting health management, aiming to enhance the overall health and well-being of employees.
2) Organizational Culture Assessment and Strategic Alignment
- Utilise research, data analysis techniques, and comprehensive study to define the gap between the ideal and current organizational culture states.
- Develop an understanding of the organization and its culture through benchmarking activities, studying top-performing organizations and cultures to inform and improve our own practices.
- Provide insights into the impact of cultural factors on organizational performance, facilitating strategic alignment and continuous improvement efforts.
3) Conceptualization and Prototyping
- Innovate by designing and prototyping new concepts for the future of the organisational culture, ensuring a forward-looking approach that aligns with the organisation's long-term goals.
4) Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with leadership and cultural change agents to create a roadmap for the implementation of new initiatives, collaborating on a global scale to bring cultural transformations to life.
- Consult with stakeholders and customise solutions to address work environment issues, aiming to enhance the health and cultural effectiveness of the organisation.
5) Change Management & Transformation Strategist
- Lead the development of comprehensive change management strategies tailored to the organisation's needs and objectives. This involves analysing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing strategies to facilitate successful change adoption.
- Leveraging the expertise deemed for strategic planning, change management, and post-change evaluation, to design and implement holistic strategies to drive sustainable organisational growth and transformative journey.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in relevant areas.
- Certification in Change Management Project Management or equivalent professional certification relevant to the role.
- Proven experience in organisational development, culture transformation, and employee engagement.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills required.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to travel when required.
