Responsibilities- Design and develop compensation strategies, policies, and programs to attract, motivate, and retain employees.
Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate salary levels and maintain internal equity.- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to stay updated on compensation trends and ensure competitiveness.
Oversee salary administration processes, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments.
- Review and manage employee correspondence letters related to leaves of absence, permit renewal/extension, and other matters.
Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, leaves, and fringe benefits.- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding compensation and benefits.
Track and manage the operating costs related to the workforce.
- Develop, implement, and tabulate the performance scorecard for management review.
Communicate compensation and benefits policies to employees and provide guidance on available options.- Address employee queries and concerns regarding compensation and benefits.
- Possess a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR field for the relevant role.- Preference for candidates who have experience in the IT, Fintech, or financial industry.
Hands-on experience with payroll and claims processing for a minimum headcount of 250 and above.
- Good at analysing data and making data-driven decisions for report submission.
Proficient in HRIS technology and advanced Excel (Pivot & Lookup).- Experienced in performance management assessment, including criteria and score setting.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
