Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive at Boustead Holdings Berhad located in Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and liaising with key stakeholders. You are expected to show leadership skills and provide guidance to teams, and drive team projects. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure effective execution of department & company strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing key stakeholders and building relationships
• Proficiency in report writing and performance evaluation
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act, Adequate Procedures, and relevant anti-bribery requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• CeIO, Corruption Risk Management, and Anti-Corruption professional certification is a plus
