Job Description:This Marketor will spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our company's brand presence and growth within the Malaysian market. This role demands an in-depth understanding of the local market, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and the capability to lead a dynamic team.
- Formulating Overseas Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement strategic overseas marketing plans, setting clear objectives and budgets; Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities in alignment with the company's goals and market demands; Design targeted market promotion strategies to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Market Promotion Activities: Establish and sustain robust overseas channel networks and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and influence; Coordinate and execute effective market promotion activities to boost brand awareness and market penetration; Foster and maintain strategic relationships with various partners, including Malaysian business associations,KOLs, KOCs, and other B2B channels.
- Partnership Relationship Management: Oversee communication and relationship management with partners, identifying potential partners through diverse channels; Formulate, negotiate, and manage partnership agreements, ensuring smooth collaboration and supervision of cooperative efforts.
- Coordinating Internal Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication and cooperation between departments to ensure the timely and quality execution of projects;Collaborate closely with the sales department to monitor and leverage partner information and results from various promotion channels.
- Market Research and Strategy Adjustment: Engage in market research to gather insights and provide actionable recommendations; Analyze and refine product promotion strategies, marketing plans, and pricing strategies based on market demands and competitive analysis to ensure the adaptability and efficacy of marketing approaches.
- Other Matters Assigned by Leadership: Execute additional tasks as assigned by leadership, including managing emergencies and urgent situations to ensure the uninterrupted progression of marketing activities.
