Job Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Workflow Integration Senior Engineer, a member of the Content Engineering team, is responsible to ensure tight integration between workflows and its associated broadcast resources, which includes broadcast servers, workstations, storage, editing client, transcoding farm, file delivery platform and cloud resources (AWS/Azure).
Candidate takes a lead role in ensuring all Media Asset Management system (MAM) deployment is successful, and tightly integrated with existing and new broadcast resources, complying to all security recommendations and best practices. This role also includes capacity planning on broadcast resources, ensuring optimize use of servers, storage, transcode farm and cloud resources, with continuous research and study to ensure all workflows are running in most cost-effective manner against business requirements.
Candidate will also be the L2 support for broadcast workflow related issues, liaising with internal stakeholders and other broadcast vendors not limited to MAM. He/she will be responsible to identify and troubleshoot issues arise throughout the whole content supply chain, provide remediation and improvements on every integration points.

Requirements
WHO YOU ARE:
4 years of working experience with a Bachelor's degree in information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
Working knowledge with Media Asset Management System (MAM), broadcast workflows in a highly paced pay TV environment
Experience in broadcast resources such as storage, NLE, transcode and file delivery
Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows / Linux) and networking (router/switch/firewall)
Working knowledge of cloud-based technology (AWS/Azure/GCP) will be an added advantage
