As system owner and technical expert in water and wastewater treatment system to support business operation & growth of a semiconductor manufacturing backend plant.
In your new role you will:
- Responsible to drive optimization & improvement to water services and wastewater treatment system contribute towards productivity, reliability, stability, environmental sustainability.
- Ensure Zero legal and corporate non-compliance in water services and wastewater treatment system. Maintain good working relationship with local authorities such as DOE, SAMB, etc.
- Develop effective capacity monitoring and planning to ensure on time demand fulfillment in water services and wastewater treatment system through Tableau, SAP, ect.
- Define and maintain technology roadmap, specification, database and documentation for water services and wastewater treatment system inline with local and corporate requirement.
- Lead and/or support in project execution which includes but not limited to feasibility study, budgeting, preparation and approval of design criteria, calculation, specifications, drawings, documentation, cost control, reporting, handover, etc.
- Site focal person in in water services and wastewater treatment system who provides technical support to project and operation team.
- Local site technical expert representative for discussion and collaboration within Facility Management Cluster.
- Lead and/or support in problem solving & continuous improvement process by means of 8D, Six-sigma, SPC, change management, etc.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Chemical/ Mechanical) or related studies
- Min. 5 years related working experience in Ultrapure Water, Wastewater Treatment and/or Sewerage Treatment or related field/industry, preferably experience in semiconductor facilities management/services/engineering.
- Good communicator with strong teamwork attitude
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
