We are seeking a Senior Systems Consultant- Endpoint to expand our Endpoint Solutions, project delivery team - ideally based in Cyberjaya.
You will work with our customers to transform their business and help solve complex technical problems around Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, SCCM and Endpoint peripheral technologies.
In essence, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our customers enterprise-level systems using Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions such as Intune, SCCM, Defender, and other peripheral technologies.
Our Endpoint Solutions (Digital Workplace) team is passionate about enabling secure access to applications, services and corporate resources across our customers myriad of endpoint devices. This is the place to enjoy working with a range of modern technologies, platforms and directory services, messaging systems, and unified communications and mobility.
Responsibilities:
Design and delivery of relevant solutions for Logicalis customers through consultation, collaboration, and co-operation with key stakeholders to develop the solution, ensuring the best outcome for Logicalis customers. This includes:
Technical, architecture and solution design abilities.
Validation of the solution with the Solution Architect, technical lead and customer.
Facilitation of design workshops.
Creation and modification of Detailed Design document with a keen eye to detail.
Technical presentation of the solution to the customer.
Building the solution in accordance with Statement of Work (SoW), design and project schedule.
Preparation of user guides, and co-ordination of user acceptance testing.
Creation of As built documentation.
Facilitation and handover of As built documentation to the customer
Requirements
Relevant and current industry certifications
Demonstrates knowledge of client issues, industry, and business operations.
IT industry awareness including knowledge of networking, operating systems, email, IT processes, ITIL, storage, back-up, databases.
Proven experience in Modern Microsoft Endpoint Management: Intune, Autopilot, MDM, Microsoft 365 and Defender suite of products.
Proven experience in application packaging and configurations in SCCM, Intune, and PowerShell scripting
Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
