Join our dynamic team as a E-Commerce Executive, where you will take charge of the daily operations and strategic growth of our ecommerce stores, including Shopee, Tik-Tok, Lazada, and others. Your role will be pivotal in driving traffic, increasing conversion rates, and boosting sales across these platforms. You will also be responsible for monitoring key performance metrics, managing platform ads, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of promotional activities.
Oversee the daily operations of our ecommerce stores ensuring smooth and efficient functioning on platforms such Tik Tok, Shopee & Lazada
- Ensure that product listings are consistently updated, accurate, and visually appealing to attract potential customer.
Collaborate closely with fulfilment team to ensure seamless order processing and timely customer deliveries.- Develop and implement robust strategies to enhance traffic, conversion rates, and sales across all ecommerce platforms.
Continuously monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales data, customer behavior, competitor activities, and market trends to optimize store performance.
- Develop, execute, and assess promotional campaigns to maximize sales and enhance conversion rates and traffic.
Manage platform advertisements to achieve optimal Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations..
Oversee the planning and execution of daily livestreams, including managing and briefing hosts.
- Work closely with content creators to design engaging and interactive contents to promote products and drive sales.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and logistics, to ensure seamless ecommerce operations and effective execution of business strategies.
Proven experience in managing ecommerce operations on platforms such as Tik Tok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in managing online advertising and achieving high ROAS.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to stay updated on market trends and changes in the e-commerce environment.
