DevOps Infrastructure Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps Infrastructure Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure design, implementation, and management, with a focus on DevOps practices and strong leadership skills. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and 6-8 years of experience in DevOps administration are required.

• Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Design and Management: Architect, deploy, and manage scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure (Alicloud, AWS, Azure). Optimize resource utilization, scalability, and cost efficiency while implementing security best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure and DevOps professionals. Foster collaboration and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Monitoring and Performance Optimization: Set up monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, CloudWatch, Prometheus) to ensure infrastructure availability, performance, and security. Lead incident response efforts, perform root cause analysis, and implement remediation plans.

DevOps Implementation and Automation: Define and implement DevOps practices, processes, and tools. Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD. Implement infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) for efficient and consistent infrastructure provisioning and management.Documentation and Process Improvement: Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, including architectural diagrams and standard operating procedures. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance the efficiency and reliability of infrastructure and DevOps practices.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather infrastructure requirements and drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends.

• What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in infrastructure design and DevOps practices.

• Leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams.

Proficient with Alicloud, AWS, or Azure platforms.

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure components: servers, networks, storage, virtualization.

Skilled in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Experienced with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
