The Job- Manage a group of Design Engineers and Drafters
To involve in engineering drawing and design preferably mechanical / Steel structure / Signage)- To work with internal and external resources, providing direction in the development and delivery of design services.
Think creatively and develop new design concepts and layouts within the given time and cost frameworks.
Contribute to the development of programs and policies that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the department.
- Deliver outstanding client service.
Provide technical advice and guidance to production personnel to resolve any production technical difficulty.- Ensure to generate engineering BOM, product catalogue and other design related work.
Support customer - changes in design, sales team and production/site operation team.
- To create design drawing details and systems for fabrication and installation.
Candidate must possess at least a
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, Solidwork Pro Level, Auto Cad, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch-Up, Photoshop or equivalent engineering software.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with a result driven and customer focus work approach.
Good leadership quality, dynamic, diplomatic & result oriented.
- Good initiatives and commitment to excellence.
Able to take up and perform challenging tasks.- Must be computer literate.
