Lead and provide guidance to the Customer Service Department, which involves monitoring team members performance and tracking monthly achievements.
- Responsible for E-Commerce platforms order and inquiries from all the online portals (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc).
Attend to calls, text messages and email
from customers.Liaise and coordinate with customers
on sales enquiry, quotation, order processing, resolving complaints.Resolving customer complaints and issuing refunds as needed.
- Maintaining the good response rate for all the online portals (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc).
Respond promptly to customers
on a timely basis on all social engagement, address any issues escalated from customers, and establish a good relationship with customers.Work with operation team
to ensure backend such as pricing, product listings, campaign banners and collaterals, and inventory of products are up to date. Candidate must possess a minimum SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Customer Service, or relevant field.- Fluent in verbal and written communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
Candidates fluent in
Mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin clients.
- Able to multitask, prioritize and self-manage time efficiently.
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, critical thinker, and have good problem-solving skills.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent leadership skill and management skill.
