  • Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive the companys growth. You will build and maintain relationships with potential clients, negotiate deals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Resolve complex or escalated customer issues, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
Analyze customer service data and identify areas for improvement in processes and policies.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies that enhance the overall customer experience.
Collaborate with other departments to address systemic issues that impact customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused work environment.
Prepare and present reports on customer service performance to senior management.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in customer service.
Proven ability to lead and manage a customer service team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM6,
