Associate Level

Prior Experience in SaaS/ Software Industry is preferred

Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior CRM Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our customer relationship management strategies to drive customer lifetime value (LTV), reduce churn and reactivate dormant customers to support our expansion revenue goals. A guardian of data and workflow hygiene in our CRM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly as a lifecycle marketer, with hands-on experience using HubSpot and a solid understanding of analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute CRM marketing programs

  • Plan, develop and execute a series of marketing activities and customer loyalty and retention programs aimed at increasing customer LTV.
  • Continuously optimize customer onboarding and engagement processes by owning customer touch points across various channels, mainly via personalised emails or in-app notifications for different segmentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, CSM, legal, and data engineering team to align marketing strategies with business objectives such as reducing churn.

CRM management

  • Serve as the ultimate HubSpot administrator, ensuring data hygiene by setting up regular cleansing and maintenance procedures. Ensure optimal usage of workflow and right access of the platform for CRM activities.
  • Set up the best CRM global practice and provide protocols for local marketing managers

Data Analysis, Reporting, and Insights

  • Analyze CRM campaign performance and customer data regularly to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the wider teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in CRM and lifecycle marketing. Leveraging the latest tools to help with the process.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 3-4 years of experience in CRM, with a minimum of 2 years in a SaaS company as a lifecycle marketer.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and experience in managing segmented edm campaigns to increase customer LTV.
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Strong writing skills in English.

Good to Have:

  • Experience working in multi-region markets with diverse target audiences.
  • Background in start-ups, with the ability to build or rebuild CRM programs from the ground up.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in business Intelligence tools.
  • Other technical skills such as ETL process, data modelling would be a strong plus.
