Key Responsibilities:
Gain insights into customers trends, preference & behaviour for necessary sales strategy adjustment to optimise customer experiences.
Lead in compelling effective written content for business proposals and sales pitches.
Key account management, lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Be customer-centric, provide excellent sales solutions and service experience to customers.
Customer acquisition & retention, planning and delivering CRM strategies with a view to convert potential customers, retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty.
Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation.
Requirements::
SPM level & above. Bilingual in English and Chinese (verbal, written & read).
Minimum 3 years experience with top sales results in other industries.
Strategic management thinking, strong leadership skills, and a wealth of CRM experience.
Result-oriented, Strong problem-solving skill and always keep striving for excellence.
Proficiency in G Suite,PowerPoint and Excel.
Masters/ Post Graduate, School Certificate / N or O-Level, Diploma, Bachelors/ Degree, ITC/NTC/Vocational
