Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead design processes from ideation to execution to ensure consistency and quality in all deliverables and present, and explain design decisions
• Ability to conceptualize and create visually engaging designs for web, and mobile apps as well as marketing materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clear and effective visuals to achieve both product and business goals
• Provide mentorship/guidance to junior creatives to foster their growth and development within the team
• Any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a creative designer working on digital and prints product designs
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in various interactive and visual design software tools
• Proficiency in typography, sketching, composition, layout, colour, iconography, illustration
• Exhibit strong capability in understanding client briefs and objectives, and effectively communicate them clearly and consistently to the working team
