We are seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Corporate Secretarial Manager to join us, a leading corporate services provider. This role involves overseeing corporate secretarial functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing client relationships.

Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9am- 6pm- Attractive staff benefits & bonus
Serve as the Licensed Corporate Secretary for the company.- Provide timely corporate secretarial advice and services to clients.
Handle all corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporation, annual filing, striking-off, and preparation of resolutions.
- Organize and manage clients Annual General Meetings.
Maintain and update statutory records and documents.- Supervise and guide team members & report to management and ensure smooth departmental operations.
Possess ICSA or an equivalent qualification, or be a member of MAICSA.- Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate secretarial role at the managerial level.
Proficient in handling all aspects of corporate secretarial duties.
- Well-versed with the Companies Act 2016 and relevant statutory requirements.
