Job Responsibilities:_
- Lead the Contract team in a particular project.
Delegate/lead and discuss tasks with Junior Commercial Executive .- Initiate/lead quotation requests (together with Junior Commercial Executive).
Negotiation of price with supplier.
- Prepare the BQ and pricing.
Coordinate with client/consultant on commercial (BQ) part. Site work evaluation.
Progress payment to client.- Sub-contractor/supplier payment verification.
Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.

Job specification (Education & Experience):_
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Min 4 years of experience in Interior Design field.- Positive working attitude and discipline, aggressive and proactive.

Pay: RM4,- 00 - RM6,000.00 per month
