iQIYI Inc. [IQ] is a NASDAQ listed technology, entertainment company. It is the first online video streaming platform in China to reach over 100 million VIP subscribers. Our dramas, movies, animations, variety and entertainment shows are watched by billions locally and abroad.
The next phase for iQIYI is to bring our wonderful contents and services to the world. We are currently looking for innovative and talented individuals to join iQIYI Malaysia team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Analysis: Watch and analyze various types of drama series, including Malay, Chinese, and Korean dramas, to identify successful storytelling techniques and viewer engagement strategies.
- Content Planning: Develop fresh and engaging content ideas based on market trends, viewer preferences, and social media discussions.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, topics, and viral content, providing valuable insights to the content team.
- Writing & Conceptualization: Assist in drafting content ideas, synopses, and story outlines. Candidates with experience writing web novels, screenplays, or other creative works will be given priority.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure that content aligns with both creative and market objectives.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about drama series, with broad knowledge of Malay, Chinese, and Korean content.
- Deep user of social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Twitter), with a strong understanding of current online trends.
- Strong storytelling skills, with a preference for those who have experience in writing web novels, scripts, or similar content.
- Highly creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
