Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Consultant - Identity and Security to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Active Directory and Entra ID, with a strong background in identity and access management. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and security solutions for our clients, ensuring the highest standards of security and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Active Directory and Entra ID solutions for clients.
- Develop and maintain identity and access management policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their identity and security needs and provide expert guidance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and security issues.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants and technical staff.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in identity and access management and security technologies.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including design specifications, implementation plans, and technical reports.
Requirements
- Must be based in Malaysia.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on Active Directory and Entra ID.
- In-depth knowledge of identity and security protocols, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other cloud-based identity solutions.
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are a plus.
