Develop decks and proposals for pitches, contribute ideas in brainstorming, and align design concepts with client goals.
Review creative work for quality, present strategies to clients, prepare budgets, keep detailed records, provide weekly updates, and resolve project issues efficiently.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in account management or client servicing at a creative agency.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to translate client needs into actionable briefs.
Proficiency in preparing presentations, pitch decks, and proposals.
Solid understanding of creative processes, design trends, and agency workflow.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
Proficient in software and have a good command of English.
Understanding of budget management in client projects.
