Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
  • Understand clients needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Account Management:

  • Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring timely renewals and policy updates.
  • Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
  • Prepare and present regular account reviews and reports to clients.

    Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance sector.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company's services.
Team Leadership:

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Lead by example in terms of professionalism and client service excellence.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in regulatory requirements.
