Job Description

Job Summary

The Business Operation Senior Executive assists in the enhancement and management of internal business operations. This role involves supporting the oversight of employee activities, contributing to the achievement of departmental financial goals, and aiding in the implementation and monitoring of annual work scopes. The Senior Executive handles specific projects and helps coordinate their completion. This position reports directly to the Business Operation Manager.
  • Job Responsibilities
Strategy Support: Assist in implementing strategies and policies for company growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure operations run smoothly and align with quality standards.
Data Analysis: Interpret data from market research, various departments and prepare reports for decision-making.
  • Project and Event Coordination: Coordinate and assist in planning and executing company projects and events, including performing UAT testing to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
Budget Assistance: Help prepare and manage budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
  • IP Strategy Assistance: Help develop and implement strategies to protect and leverage intellectual property assets.
Stakeholder Engagement: Help maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by the BOM, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business management, Operation Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an operations role.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
Experience in event planning.
  • Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
Experience working with the Australia and China markets is an added advantage.
  • Willing to travel internationally when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,
  • 00 - RM6,999.00 per month
