Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with business units to collect, analyze and document business requirements.
• In-depth understanding of business processes and needs through practical operations, interviews, meetings and surveys
• Analyze and propose improvements to current business processes, reports and operating systems to optimize workflow and improve business efficiency.
• Collect requirements, write user stories, functional requirements, and record business/data
• Leverage data analysis and visualization tools to provide insights into trends in business operations.
• Monitor and test implemented solutions to ensure they meet business needs and identify potential areas for improvement.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics or other related majors
• Have good written and oral communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with people in different departments
• Solid business analysis skills and experience in gathering, organizing and planning business requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as creative thinking skills
• Skilled in writing successful project proposals
• Candidates who possess SQL and Python skills are preferred
