Job Description:
As a Cloud Business Development Manager or Director, you're the expert on market
insight, customer relationship development, and the project realization.
You are knowledgeable about the industry/industry segments features, quick locator
to target segments arising with opportunities.
The capabilities possess of analysing the customer organization, grasp the decision-
making chain and develop strategic relationship.
Leadership to realize customer requirement with team.
Knowledgeable about the unique capabilities of CLOUD's services/products, and
mastery of horizontal and vertical cloud solution. Capabilities to translate customer
requirement into CLOUD service/products/solutions.
Responsibilities:
Define Market Strategy: Market analyze, perform segmentation and volume estimation,
and make competitiveness analysis. Define the market entry, enlargement and sustain
strategy.
Explore and identify key account in the defined industry/segment. Perform account
insight about the market position, business portfolio, investment structure and
organization structure.
Develop organizational and long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Accelerate customer adoption and customer satisfaction, manage contract
negotiations and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Define commercial model. Develops and drive the engagement with business
partners; Works towards nurturing the existing accounts
Lead client negotiations, propose solutions to CXOs, and Evaluation Committees
acting as the single point of client contact for all deal-progression activities. Maintain
executive level interaction with strategic alliances, industry influencers, and key
Company stakeholders.
Skillset and Knowledge
Skills in business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical
Great communication skills, team spirit, and a can-do attitude
Knowledge of identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale IT
technology deals.
Sales and target driven, meet and exceed sales target.
Operates as Cloud expert and sales lead in the areas of IAAS, PAAS, SAAS cloud
Integration and cloud native technology
Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful
conversations with prospects.
The candidate must have the ability to develop pursuit strategies and support new
business opportunities, which include defining/qualifying sales opportunities,
determining engagement scope and cost projections, formulating potential cloud
solutions based on client requirement.
Candidate must demonstrate the use of proven leadership and consultative sales
techniques to develop and broaden sales opportunities and compelling value
propositions.
