Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic BDM/Sales Director to drive business growth in our SaaS/AI division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of AI-driven solutions. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Spearhead the market expansion within Malaysia
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Identify and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the SaaS/AI space.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Proven experience as a BDM or Sales Director in the SaaS/AI industry.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven solutions and their application in various industries.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exposure to handling retail clients, particularly large chains such as Parkson.
