Support all Business Development Department (BDD) units (Outlets Expansion) on daily operation tasks.- Effective execution of road show/fair and events:
Plan, strategize and execute roadshow in line with marketing plan.- Liaise with complex to secure road show dates and location.
Prepare post-event report for review.
- Retail outlet management:
- Work closely with sales team on outlet operation and maintenance needs.
Liaise with contractor on outlets maintenance schedule and execution.- To ensure outlet maintenance is carried out on time and in line with corporate guidelines.
- Business expansion and market penetration:
- Survey new market that suits business expansion.
Analyse market needs, tenants mix and recommend strategic location.
- To negotiate with the mall management on best rates, business terms and location.
To re-look into the outlet growth to ensure newly open outlet to deliver profit.- To grow counter sales e.g. AEON, SenQ and other concessionaries business partners.
- Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department or Management.
- Requirements:
Minimum Diploma qualification preferably in retail outlet management / retail operation studies with 3-5 years of experience in retail outlet management / retail operation.- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with good business acumen.
Foster, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including mall management.
- Strong interest in retail outlet management and a passion to drive business and profitability.
Independent, mature, self-disciplined, driven and able to meet deadlines.- Familiar with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
