Work closely with Marketing and Business Development colleagues to generate new customer contacts.- Effectively engaging customer contacts via phone calls, emails and social media platforms to qualify customer contacts and develop leads.
Ensure customer contacts are developed into qualified leads effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain the Customer Contact Database and Funnel Database with complete and accurate up-to-date information.
Seamlessly pass-on qualified leads to Account Manager for opportunity development. Communicate leads details and customer requirements clearly with Account Manager.- Follow up qualified leads and close order for Run-Rate sales.
Constantly look for ideas and IT tools to improve Sales Development processes.
- To complete additional assignments or projects as required by supervisor to achieve strategic objectives.
Who we are looking for:
- Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Management or Business Studies or related qualification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
Foster, build and maintain relationships with clients
