Contribute to customer relationship management, including stakeholder identification and needs assessment
Support business units in creating dashboards and visualizations using Google Data Studio, GA Custom Reports, Tableau, etc
Provide data analysis and insights to challenge the status quo, influencing business decisions and collaborating with senior professionals
Monitor The Star's website performance using Google Analytics through tracked metrics and dimensions
Assist the data science team with refining use cases and supporting data modeling
Support and improve the reader/subscriber journey across acquisition, retention and recovery through targeted messaging strategies. (ie: EDM, web/app pushes and web messages)
Manage end-to-end execution of use cases, from ideation to delivery, including business analysis, data sourcing and stakeholder presentations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
Minimum 3 years of industry experience, including exposure to media, consulting, commercial data analytics, customer analytics, web analytics and social media analytics
Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio
Experience or knowledge of Google Analytics is an advantage
Proficiency in data querying or extraction via SQL is a plus
Knowledge of Google Ad Manager and sales analytics is a plus
