Collect, review and analyze business operation information for evaluating and solving business challenges.
Define a problem, collect and analyze data, evaluate company processes and procedures, and ultimately recommend and deploy strategies designed to solve the issue.
Responsible for ensuring that all documentation accurately reflects the current status of the business and/or outstanding issues.
Coordinate with all internal departments to get relevant daily and background information.
Develop processes to standardize and maximize our Process efficiency and control of our internal operations.
Involving in business process re-engineering. Collaborate, integrate and be Communication Bridge between Divisions for enhancement and improvement for sales order processing system, procurement system and/or other related JDE system.
Conduct user training to internal end-user for updated existing systems or new implemented system and established user manual, guidelines, procedures for end users.
Collaborate with applications developers to make necessary changes on system architecture for customize reporting as when required.
Participate in ongoing process improvements and system enhancement to best manage business reporting.
Participate in the Quality Assurance (QA) process by developing clear, specific, and testable scripts and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Procurement team and uses PDCA to ensure deliverables of required data & reports and assist to established policies, procedures or SOP.
Perform internal/external audits, periodic organization performance reviews, perform gap assessments and respond to data inquiries.
Assist in any other ad-hoc task assigned by your superior or management.
