Role Purpose
Experienced BA positions required to assist and serve as a bridge between the business and IT, ensuring that business needs are understood, analysed, and translated into effective technical solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Project/QA Manager to implement quality management processes for software products and services.
- Gather, analyze & study business requirements, identify gaps or limitations, and translate them into clear, detailed functional requirements.
- Propose solutions, recommend improvements.
- Create & maintain relevant documentations such as business/project requirements, solutions document, processes and user/training material as needed.
- Test and validate solutions to ensure meets business requirements.
- Conduct solutions walkthrough, training and any relevant workshop sessions internally and externally.
- Coordinate and meet with cross functional departments to establish clear project scope, system goals, and requirements to produce better business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Project Lead, IT and relevant teams to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are reliable, viable and consistent.
- Coordinate, manage, lead and provide guidance to team members in various roles such as QA and Developers to ensure business/project goals are met.
Job Requirement:
1.Academic Qualification: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
2.Professional Qualification (Preferred but not mandatory):
- Software Testing related e.g. ISTQB
- Project Management related e.g. PMP
- Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering related.
- Experience: minimum of 2-3 years experience in Software Engineering, or Business Analysis / Requirements
- Engineering / Project Management in IT-related field with 2 years as a lead.
- Experience in Fintech, Banking, Cards/Payments industry is a plus
- Experience in Software Development, Software Testing methodology and principles preferred
3.Familiarity with a modern tech stack. Preferably:
-At least 1 year of experience in releasing software products within a CI/CD environment
-At least 1 year experience working with cloud services
-Automated software testing
