As part of our growth, we are looking for Business Analysts with a strong technical acumen.
You will play an important role in
- Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications.
- Ensure requirements align with business goals and are feasible for implementation
- Validate that functional specifications meet business needs and contribute to the achievement of project objectives
- Spearheading key initiatives to ensure successful project outcomes by leveraging your expertise and contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Collaborating with external stakeholders to identify requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Oversee the execution of test cases and coordinate testing efforts
- Working closely with Project Manager and Technical Manager to deliver the project successfully.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Applying your analytical skills to identify challenges, proposing innovative solutions, and working collaboratively to overcome obstacles
- Completing all administrative documents, for each project, according to current procedures (checklists, timesheets, schedules).
- Achieving individual targets and objectives established by the direct manager, to contribute at achieving the Codeme Pro organization objectives.
- Taking a lead in quality assurance processes, ensuring that deliverables meet high standards and align with project goals and requirements.
- Completing tasks that are delegated by direct manager in according to own professional level
To be successful in this role, you will need to have
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or other equivalent area
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Self-driven professional who can succeed with little supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Having OutSystem experience is an added advantage.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of SDLC with technical acumen.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Great interpersonal skills, positive thinking, good attitude and willingness to learn and execute with team player spirit.
