Position: Senior Beauty Therapist
Responsibilities / Job Description:
- To extend full cooperation and report to the Clinic Manager (CM).
Ensures the DRNRineu KPIs & OKRs Balanced Scorecard execution and metrics for the department are achieved.- To inform the Clinic Manager of any adverse incident, accident, or complaints.
To assist the Doctor during treatments and consultation procedures.
- To carry out aesthetic (facial & body) treatments to the highest possible standard whilst keeping in line with Nazirin Skin Clinic (NSC) guidelines and maintain and deliver excellent customer service to clients ensuring due care, attention, and sensitivity throughout.
Perform excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers and team.- Must exhibit high personal hygiene and grooming standards.
To maintain and keep all treatment rooms clean and in order as per opening checklist.
- Ensuring all types of equipment and products are maintained and used in a proper manner including sterilized and disinfected before use.
To provide assistance for customers to complete registration & medical questionnaires so any allergies or health issues are flagged up.- To ensure all paperwork and documentation are correctly completed and signed before each treatment for each customer/patient.
To assist customers with consent forms and explain NSCs Patients Grievance Policy.
- To update and maintain each customer's file including personal details, medical history, and medications. This includes patient notes, treatments details, machine settings, package subscribed, sessions claimed and prescriptions given by Doctor as per for Patients File / Folder format.
To update and maintain before and after photos of all treatments went for every patient into NSC systems.- To generate, achieve and exceed the given monthly targets provided by Management.
To carry out front desk duties.
- To support marketing activities.
To participate in any progress/briefing/update meeting set forth by the Management.- To perform daily closing activities for customer records & sales records.
To develop and build a good relationship with customers and patients.
- To prioritize, organize and complete all assigned duties by the Management (planned and ad-hoc)
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in related industry.- Possess initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team.
Ability to learn quickly and work with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of current trending Social Media Management and basic PPC will be an added advantage.
