JOB SUMMARY
As a Senior Beauty Advisor at Kens Apothecary, you will be a beauty expert, assisting customers in selecting skincare and beauty products. Your role involves providing personalized consultations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Provide personalized skincare and beauty consultation to customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate in-dept product knowledge and recommend suitable products and skincare routines to promote sales.
- Encourage hands-on experience to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
- Utilize customer information to provide personalized recommendations and follow-up on their skincare and beauty journeys.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Sales Achievement
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product recommendations and upselling techniques.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and team members to achieve overall store sales goals.
- Identify opportunities for cross selling complementary products to enhance the overall customer experience and increase sales.
Product Knowledge
- Acquire and maintain in-dept knowledge of skincare, beauty, and wellness products in the store.
- Stay informed about new product release, ingredients, and brand stores.
Team Leadership
- Support the Store Manager in training and developing junior beauty advisor.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team environment.
Inventory Assistance
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and communicate product needs to the Store Manager.
Store Operation
- To assist cleanliness of the store before. during and after closing the store
- To assist the product display in good condition and replace broken tester or broken stock and report back to the relevant parties - Store Manager / Logistic department.
- To keep update the checklist on daily area to focus in the store before, during and after closing the store
Requirements
- Previous experience in beauty retail or skincare advisory roles.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare and beauty products is preferred.
- Ability to lead by example and support the development of junior team members.
- Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
