Beverage Preparation:
Prepare a variety of beverages according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.Order Management:
Accurately process customer orders for a diverse range of beverages, including coffee, tea, juice, and smoothies. Pay close attention to details such as coffee blend preferences, dairy and sugar ratios, and specific requests for other beverages to ensure customer satisfaction.Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, and replenish supplies as needed.
Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure brewing equipment operates efficiently; report any maintenance issues or malfunctions promptly.Health and Safety Compliance:
Follow all health and safety protocols to provide a safe environment for both customers and staff.Customer Feedback: Communicate customer feedback to management and offer suggestions for new menu items to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor junior baristas, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
Problem-Solving:
Handle complex customer requests and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Barista, demonstrating hands-on proficiency with brewing equipment and beverage preparation.Expertise in F&B:
Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for food and beverage, with a focus on quality and innovation.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
