Job Description

  • Translate business requirements into innovative learning solutions that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.
  • Conduct capabilities gap analysis for divisions and departments.
  • Source, assess and recommend vendors for development programs.
  • Managing the application, submission and tracking of Human Resources Development Corporations Fund.
  • Reviewing instructor performance and recommending improvements to program content and/or instructor presentation methods.
  • Cultivate, promote and sustain a productive learning culture within the organization through planned campaigns, roadshows, events, lectures etc.
  • Measure the effectiveness of learning and development activities to continuously improve the outcome of the initiatives.
  • Great analytical and statistical skills to conduct people analytics in and outside the realm of learning.
  • Actively participate in other people-related projects under Talent Management such as learning and development, organization design and effectiveness projects.
  • Build and standardize the Learning and Development SOP documentation.
  • Ensuring Learning and Development SOP documentation is up-to-date.
  • Review and conduct improvements on other HR Policies and SOPs documentation.
  • Plan and track training budget and expenditures.
  • Collaborative development, coordination, and implementation L&D initiates with other entities within the TNG Group.
  • Upkeeping training-related records and expenditures in compliance with audit standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Specialised in Learning and Development OR other Human Resources areas OR Business Administration.
  • Total Relevant Experience: 2 years and above in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Performance Consulting and Human Resources.
  • Experience working in HR-related roles and other projects actively revolving around people would be an advantage.
  • Possess strong business acumen with the ability to build organizational effectiveness through people and organizational initiatives.
  • Ability to effectively engage at all levels of employees with great stakeholder management.
  • Analytical and goal-oriented with a drive to see initiatives followed through and brought to fruition.
  • Great with numbers, statistics and general ability to play with data to drive decision making.
  • Thoroughly enjoy working with people and seeing business results achieved by getting the people strategy right.
  • Experience in driving organizational change in big and complicated organisations.
