What would you do
As the Senior Associate, HR Operation, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of payroll administration and HR operations within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll processes, HR policies, and operational procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with relevant regulations, and the smooth functioning of HR operations.
Payroll Management:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary payroll data, including incentive, allowance, leaves, and deductions.
- Review and validate payroll inputs, making necessary adjustments and corrections as required.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, social security regulations, and other statutory requirements related to payroll.
- Address payroll-related queries and issues from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
HR Operations:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes in alignment with company goals, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Oversee and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.
- Manage employee data in the HR information system (HRIS) and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR related letters and document includes IR letters.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and data protection requirements.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to relevant government agencies, internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring adherence to audit requirements.
Who should join us
- At least 3 years of HR Operations or relevant working experience (preferably in FinTech industry) and have experience collaborating with payroll vendors.
- Understanding of payroll processes, including payroll calculation, tax regulations, deductions, and compliance with labor laws. Proficiency in using payroll software and systems to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Thorough knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Experience in managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, administering benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
- Familiarity with labor laws, employment regulations, tax regulations, and data protection requirements. Ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations in the context of payroll and HR operations. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll data, employee records, and compliance documentation. Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and errors in payroll calculations and reporting.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address payroll-related issues, resolve employee queries, and identify process improvements. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll system errors or technical issues.
- Proficiency in using HRIS, payroll software, and other relevant tools and systems. Ability to leverage technology to streamline payroll processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve operational efficiency.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, stakeholders, and external parties regarding payroll matters. Ability to explain complex payroll information in a clear and concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with employees and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of integrity and ethics in managing payroll and HR operations.
