Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and amend Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) for developers and projects.- Ensure all documents comply with relevant laws and regulations in Malaysia.
Client Management:- Liaise with clients, including developers, purchasers, and financial institutions, to facilitate smooth transactions.
Provide professional advice and updates to clients regarding the conveyancing process and legal requirements.Transaction Management:
Oversee the entire conveyancing process from start to finish, including preparation of legal documents, coordination with relevant parties, and ensuring timely completion of transactions, this includes attending launching and signing of the sale and purchase agreement and other documents.
- Handle property transfers, title registrations, and other related tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
Admission to the Malaysian Bar.- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in conveyancing, with a focus on developer/project sale and purchase agreements.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet tight deadlines.
