- Leading the design team and providing support, facilitation, and guidance throughout the design process.
- Develop and implement design strategies and standards to meet project goals and comply with regulations and guidelines.
- Liaise with consultants and relevant authorities and agencies to understand and navigate regulatory requirements and obtain necessary
permits and approvals.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, architects, engineers, and other teams to ensure alignment with design intent and regulatory

- Review and approve design documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Manage design timelines and work with consultant and contractor teams to effectively meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless integration of design phases into overall project timelines and objectives.
- Conduct design reviews, and workshops and offer feedback to consultant teams for continuous improvement and overall design quality.
