UCT is looking for a talented
Sr AR Accountant to join us in
Malaysia!
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day Accounts Receivable (AR) functions including but not limited to communication with customers and accounts operations, resolving billing and payment issues.
- Ensure billing documents and cash receipts are processed accurately and timely.
- Prepare AR dashboard.
- Compile and submit billing documents via customer's portals.
- Responsible for managing E-Invoicing activities.
- Prepare weekly AR cash forecast.
- Responsible for AR month-end close activities.
- Responsible for internal and external audit requirements.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Finance / Accountancy or relevant studies.
- Minimum 3 years of AR experience.
- Prior experience in SAP.
- Organized, meticulous, analytical and have a positive work attitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Sound knowledge in finance control processes and accounting.
- Drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing industry is preferred.
