As part of New Seller Journey, the team manages the end-to-end processes and journey for the Acquisition, Onboarding, and Incubation stage of all sellers which sign up on Lazada, ensuring a smooth and seamless Seller Experience for them to get set up quickly, and get their first sale!
We are looking for an Analyst to play a pivotal role in the Onboarding stage of the New Seller Journey overseeing the overall operations of end-to-end onboarding processes for New Sellers, and opportunities to work on process improvements, specifically:
- Review and Govern various Onboarding Applications including New Seller Onboarding applications, New LazMall Brands, and Transfer of Marketplace to LazMall Seller Applications while ensuring that they conform to our onboarding criteria, processes and standards.
- Coordinating and working closely with our team of onboarding specialists based overseas for approvals, process blockers, and issues.
- Monitor and report on the weekly overall onboarding health for commercial-wide update and local BD achievement data
- Work closely with the BD team to ensure high quality of leads and brand suitability to achieve BU's strategic goals
- Troubleshooting blockers that Sellers might face in their Onboarding journey, and advocating for process and product enhancements as necessary to improve the New Seller experience.
- Opportunities to work on process and product enhancement projects with cross functional teams like Tech and Product Management to deliver on strategic initiatives
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities and tasks disseminated which could include opportunities to support and learn about other parts of the New Seller Journey as well.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 3 year(s) of working experience in fields relating to Seller Onboarding / Customer Success, ideally in the e-commerce industry.
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business and related fields.
- Organized, meticulous, strong attention to detail.
- Able to problem-solve independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, can articulate ideas clearly and influence decisions.
- Critical thinking, takes initiative, and proactively thinks ahead with an eye on performance.
- Ability and desire to contribute to wider team performance and culture.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Pivot Table & vLookup are good to have though not a must.
- Growth mindset and hungry to learn new things.
