Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Admissions Department;
As first and continual point of contact for prospective parents from enquiry through to the enrolment of new students at the school, lead and ensure focused and high-quality customer care is provided at all times;- Plan and participate in initiatives to drive student recruitment and enrolment opportunities;
Organise and conduct visits for prospective parents;
- Maintain and ensure information accuracy in the computerised school management system;
Liaise and build positive relationships with members of staff and external stakeholder;- Plan, organise or support school events such as open day, students enrolment and orientation day, etc.;
Develop and review Admissions SOP and engage on-going staff development and training.
