Senior Admin Executive.
The Senior Admin Executive
will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions for Facilities Management, Foreign Worker and Expatriate Application and Management, and Company License Renewal.
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in administrative or facilities management roles.
Strong knowledge of hostel and facilities management, as well as canteen operations.
- Experience in handling foreign worker and expatriate applications.
Familiarity with the process of renewing company licenses.- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
