Job ResponsibilitiesHandle full set of account and manages full spectrum of accounting functions, budget, audit, Internal reporting and external reporting:
- Prepare and updating of Account Receivable, Account Payable and General Ledger.
Preparing monthly financial management reports.- Liaise with bankers, auditor (year-end Financial Audit/Financial Statement), tax agent and corporate secretary, local government authority and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Managing petty cash transactions by preparing payments and verifying petty cash document.
- Performing bank deposits and withdrawal and monitor daily bank balance and cash flow.
Ensure debtor aging & creditor aging to manage payment on time.- Reconciles financial discrepancy.
Prepare payment vouchers, issuance of cheque and initiate online banking payments.
- Preparation of claims and commissions payment.
Perform interim stock take audit
Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.- Preferably 4 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Well verse in Microsoft Excel and Words.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command in English/Bahasa Malaysia and able to interact with people at all levels.
Self-motivated, result orientated, meticulous and work with high integrity.- Experience handling full set of accounts in F & B industry is added advantage.
Able to start immediately.
