Senior Accounts Executive

- Liable for daily transactional accounting and other accounting related function.

- Responsible for the timely collections for each outlet with proper control and reconciliation.

- Responsible to analyze the daily sales and monthly sales variance and perform the corrective action.

- Updated AR & AP account and ensure all are capture for monthly closing account.

- Maintain accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.

- Monthly reconciliations.

- P&L and BS by monthly report.

- Master Data Maintenance & Fixed Assets Management.

- Liaise with external auditors as required.

- Assist in general accounting related functions and duties.

- Create additional analyses and reports as requested by HOD.

- Ad-hoc matters.
