Job Responsibility
- Prepare full set accounts involving invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets schedule, general ledger, journal ledger, Management Report (P & L and Balance Sheets) and reporting to Directors on monthly basic.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and resolve any reconciliation differences.
- Prepare aging reports for debtors and creditors and reporting to superior.
- Maintain staff attendance record and up to date leave record
- Liaise with external parties such as company Secretary, Tax Agents, Auditor, SST custom & Banker.
- Perform administrative duties and co-ordinate activities related.
- Assist in day-to-day operations especially with administrative task
Job Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounts Executive/Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, SST, e-invoicing, banking procedures, and reasonable knowledge in tax, relevant legislations and Company Law, as well as experience with financial reporting and analysis.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant experiences in full set of accounting & administration working environments
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance and high degree of integrity
- Knowledge of Accounting Software/System.
- Computer knowledge with Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Good proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written
