Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Senior Accountant to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing financial operations across our regional entities. This role offers significant growth opportunities, including exposure to investor relations, collaboration with senior management, and a deep understanding of the financial landscape within a technology company. For the right candidate, this position has the potential to evolve into a Finance Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Operations & Consolidation:- Perform financial processes across regional entities, including accounts payable, receivable, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Consolidate and prepare financial statements for group reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions across entities.
- Reconcile discrepancies in accounts and investigate any issues related to invoices or payments.
- General Ledger Maintenance and prepare and submit tax filings
Compliance & Internal Controls:- Ensure all accounting records are up to date and compliant with statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws regulations and stay updated on changes in tax laws.
- Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Liaise with external auditors and local regulatory bodies as required.
Strategic Collaboration & Learning Opportunities:- Opportunity assist in creating regional and group-level budgets and forecasts.
- Work closely with the management team to provide financial insights that support business decisions.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives, including growth planning and regional expansion.

Qualifications:Education and Certification:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification (preferred).
Experience:- 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in a multi-entity or technology-driven environment.
- Exposure to financial reporting standards, consolidation, and intercompany accounting.
Skills:- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cloud accounting / erp systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Adaptability and eagerness to work in a fast-evolving, dynamic environment.
