Job Responsibilities:- Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Review and manage client contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.- Address client queries and issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Use data insights to drive strategic decisions and improve client outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Solutions, Pre Sales & Segment Marketing, Delivery) to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth.- Advanced sales skills, which includes the ability to market and close the sale of an offering
Negotiation skills to secure accounts at a profit
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with clients over the phone and in face-to-face meetings
