Prepare accurate and timely management reports and financial statements.
Oversee financial functions such as taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, and feasibility studies for expansion.
Coordinate the preparation and consolidation of annual and monthly budgets, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flows.
Compliance And Liaison
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory reporting, accounting, and audit requirements.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries, and government authorities on accounting issues.
Departmental Oversight
Supervise, guide, and coach the purchasing, admin, and accounts personnel in their respective job functions.
Ensure the smooth operation of the department's functions.
Budget Coordination
Provide budget guidelines, templates, and timelines.
Coordinate the budget exercise, ensuring timely and accurate budget preparation.
Related Party Transactions and Consolidations:
Consolidate Related Party Transactions on a quarterly basis.
Prepare notes to the accounts and group accounts analysis as assigned.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
Degree in Accounting/ Finance or professional accounting qualifications (e.g. ACCA or CPA).
3 years working experience in Finance & Accounting
Knowledge and experience in preparing full set of accounts & consolidation of group accounts
